Late 18th Century Persian Revival Straight Sword

Large two-wire straight blade, in fine damask, almost flat section, decorated in the center line of a series of short segments shelled enclosed by a hollow and alternate stroking a small agemine gold floral, the fort is marked with cartouches with inscriptions in gold koftgari Arabic language; hilt and handle in one piece iron, with small fins fermafodero curved arms and pommel with long tail; the surface bearing traces of agemine silver.
