Straight Shamshir / Scimitar from the House of Al Saud

Description: Wide, straight, single-edged blade with rear groove, at the foible the golden mark "H.R.H. Prince Turki Bin Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud" between palm trees surmounting crossed scimitars (Saudi Arabia coat of arms), a stamp at the forte. Vermeil hilt decorated with rubies and fake diamonds (glass), white grip scales. Wooden scabbard entirely covered with gilt silver sheet decorated en suite. Kept in a wooden case entirely lined with green velvet.
