Richly Ornamented Burmese Dha Sword 19th Century

Silver hilted 19th century Burmese fighting sword.

This fine Dha measures just over 88cms in the scabbard, just under 85cms out of the sheath and has a blade length of 62cms.

The scabbard is rosewood with decorative silver fittings of very good quality.

The thick spine tapers through to the tip and is expertly hollow ground its entire length.
