Jinete Sword of Boabdil Last Nasarid Emir of Granada

On the hilt there is an inscription with the motto of the Nasrid dynasty: La ghaliba ila Allah (No Victor but God).

Please note that there appear to be three swords attributed to Boabdil and I have included images of all three.

Steel; cordovan; enamel; silver, ivory; silk; gold.

Length: 99 cm
