Alot of people talk about militant Islam, but most of them haven't even read the Koran. Robert Spencer on the other hand has a Master's Degree in Relgious Studies, and a mastery of the Arabic language. Robert Spencer is a Middle Eastern refugee whose family was forced to flee the Middle East due to being Christian.

I have respect for Spencer because he has actually researched the topic thoroughly, he is not just another reporter who likes the sound of his own voice. Spencer is, I believe, a decent man because he strives to be honest rather than seeking the easy path.
